Cancellation and Refund Policy:
Cancellation Restrictions:
Once a client agrees to the contract, cancellation of the agreement is not permitted. This policy is in place to ensure that our team can continue providing uninterrupted services and dedicating resources to the project. There is no notice period required for cancellation since cancellation is not permitted once the agreement is in place.
Refund Terms:
No Refunds:
Imagine One does not offer refunds for any payments made for our services. Once a client engages our services and makes a payment, it is considered final and non-refundable.
Cancellation Fee:
If a client fails to make the initial payment of at least 30% of the total project cost upon signing the agreement, and subsequently wishes to cancel the agreement without any work being commenced, a cancellation fee of 10% of the total project cost will be charged.
Exceptions:
In rare circumstances such as accidents, death, or bankruptcy involving the client, Imagine One may consider canceling the agreement. In such cases, cancellation will be subject to review and approval by Imagine One management.

By engaging our services and making a payment, clients acknowledge and accept the no-refund policy outlined above. Clients are advised to thoroughly review all project details, terms, and conditions before proceeding with the engagement to ensure alignment with their requirements and expectations.
